         太极拳源于中国，属于世界。它发源于中国河南温县陈家沟，由陈王廷在三百多年前创立，又称陈氏太极拳。它是综合吸收了明代名家拳法，并结合了古代导引、吐纳气功之术和中医经络学说，以及古代朴素辩证唯物主义的阴阳五行学说，以道教、太极八卦等理论为太极拳的哲学基础，使太极拳蕴含着丰富的中国传统文化和传统哲学思想。
