少林达摩剑

      少林达摩剑是少林武术中的精髓剑法，传说由达摩祖师所创并留传下来。此剑经过历代少林武术高僧的精心磨练，其招式精妙，静中生动、动中守静，剑如禅法、禅定玄机，已达到炉火纯青之境界。演练中只见剑影重重，刚柔并进，气势逼人，是一套不可多得的少林武术经典套路。
本片套路由少林寺塔沟武术学校总教练刘海科先生传授。

     Shaolin Damo Sword-play is the quintessence of Shaolin sword set patterns. It was left over by Damo, the founder of the set pattern. This sword set pattern is like doing deep meditation: getting motion from motionlessness, keeping motionlessness in motion, working out mystery in meditation. This sword set pattern has been developed to the perfect stage through studying and practicing of the generations of Shaolin Wushu monks. The feature is the co-appearance of vigor and softness with much glint and flash of the sword, and producing fierce momentum. It is a classic set pattern of Shaolin Wushu.
