◇  少林绝技二指禅是少林鹰派武术的代表性套路。这个套路主要以二指为主，专取人体之要害，指法恶毒，是生死搏斗的秘密武器。《少林鹰派拳谱》云："少林绝技二指禅，千古名刹寺内传；运气打坐苦修炼，内外结合手上先；二指倒立朝天蹬，仙人指路眼失明；左右盘插软肋下，上下翻打穴位拿；夜深人静势山崩，拳禅妙融在其中"。

◇  Shao-lin unique er-zhi-zen is the representative of hawk's claw. It depends on middle finger and first finger, attack the key of body. It becomes the secret weapon in fighting.

Shao-lin hawk's claw says: er-zhi-zen, using your body gas and practicing, standing by the two finger, after that, your eyes looks like blindness and then zen you will be understanding.
