       此拳是白眉拳里最基本的入门拳。白眉拳溶内外功法于一体，拳法则合众家之长，是南派拳术中最有代表性的拳术之一。特点是立虎为形，浮沉吞吐，直出横收，矛盾传动，连环重挫，攻防合一。白眉拳出手轻灵圆活，劲力雄厚，刚柔相济，随方就圆，以其长于近打快攻的优点而深为广大武术爱好者所钟爱。

 

 

The fistic play is the fundamental for any beginner of Baimei fistic play. It's gained wide popularity among Kongfu players for such merits as bringing the internal work and external work into harmony, taking advantage of traits of other schools in boxing and combining attack with retreat by a cycle of flexible, forceful blows at a great speed.

The fistic play is demonstrated by Rong Junye, the nationwide gold medal winner of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
