      ◇蔡李佛拳是南派武术中的代表性拳种之一，集中了蔡、李、佛各家之长。风格特点是：身型端正，腰活肩松，动作舒展大方，活动幅度大, 步法稳健灵活，腿法凌厉, 手法全面，长、中、短桥并用。讲究攻防配合，势雄力猛，有推山移海之势。吸气以蓄劲，呼气以助发力，发声与动作配合，助威助势。是一套不可多得的民间经典拳法。

 

INTRODUCTION

The mixed fistic play is one of the representatives in southern school. It has benefited much from the boxing skills of such schools as Cai, Li and even Fo. Its features are as follows: upright posture of the body; flexibility of the waist; relaxation of the shoulder; steady techniques of steps; uniqueness of breathing and kicking; perfect bend between attack and retreat. Indeed, it's reputed as the classic fistic play, which is hard earned throughout China.

The fistic play is demonstrated by Luo Zhihong and Li Weifeng, who both have captured the nationwide gold medals of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
