◇永春拳为南拳中一支武术奇葩，有"北有太极，南有永春"来形容永春拳流传之广。李小龙是永春门的代表人物，将永春拳推向全世界。永春拳为内家拳，一招一式都发之内力，以意行气，以气推力，以其达到意、气、力合一，具有极高的散打实用性。永春拳套路有小练头、彪指、寻桥等，是散打爱好者不可不修的拳术套路。

Yong Chun fistic play is excellent and remarkable branch of martial arts in southern school. Its popularity can be clearly shown in the old Chinese saying that in the north, there's Taiji while in the south there's Yongchu. And its most outstanding representative is Bruce Lee, who managed to make it known all over the world. Yongchu fistic play centers around the internal work or function of the body. It also focuses on the harmony between the heart and soul, power and will. Thus, it is highly applicable for any actual combat and beneficial to those going in for the practice of Wushu San Shou competition.

The fistic play is demonstrated by Deng Jieneng and Pan Yinglong, who both have captured the nationwide gold medals of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
